We want you to love your Sonnenglas order. If you don't, here is how returns work for orders delivered in South Africa.

Changed your mind: 30-day cooling-off

You may cancel your order without giving a reason and without penalty within 30 days after you receive the goods: we voluntarily extend the statutory cooling-off period of 7 days (section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act) to 30 days.

  1. Tell us within the 30 days: e-mail info@sonnenglas.net, call +27 10 500 2185 or use the contact form. Please include your order number.
  2. Send the goods back to: K2019188774 (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd, 16 Viljoen Street, Unit 5G, Victoria Yards, 2094 Lorentzville, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. The only cost to you is the direct cost of returning the goods.
  3. We refund the purchase price within 30 days of your cancellation, to the payment method you used.

Something is wrong with your product

If a product is defective or not of good quality, you may return it within six months after delivery, at our risk and expense. We will repair or replace it or refund the price — you choose (section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act). Write to us first so we can arrange the return.
