The SOMO light module in the lid gives 100 lumens of warm white light at 3000 kelvin, charges in the sun or via USB-C and glows for up to 100 hours dimmed. Every time it comes on, your logo is in the picture.

We make every jar by hand in our Fair-Trade-certified factory in Johannesburg — since 2013, with steady jobs in a region where over 60 percent of young people have no work. The factory runs almost entirely on solar power, and 100 percent of profits are reinvested.
The Sun Jar has won more than 20 awards. It was the world's first solar light to meet the requirements of the Blue Angel. Your clients like to pass that story on — and your company tells it with them.
Logo, card, insert
Laser engraving: your logo in one colour, matte and permanent in the glass. Colour print: your logo in your colours, directly on the glass. For production we need your logo as vector artwork (SVG, EPS, PDF or AI) — if you don't have one, we help prepare it.
It gets more personal with a printed greeting card in the parcel or an insert in the jar, such as dried flowers. Logo work and inserts need time: tell us the quantity and your date early, especially before year's end. We reply personally with a quote and advise on technique, run size and timing.

Laser engraving puts your logo in one colour, matte and permanent, into the glass. Colour print shows it in your colours directly on the glass. We are happy to advise which technique suits your logo.
Yes. A printed greeting card goes in the parcel, an insert into the jar — dried flowers or a tag, for example. You supply the insert, or we source it. Just say so in the form.
That depends on quantity, technique and design. Corporate gifts with a logo are therefore agreed in a separate quote. Tell us the quantity and your date.
Early. Engraving, printing and inserts need time. With your date in the form, we plan backwards together.
Recycled glass and stainless steel, made by hand in a Fair-Trade-certified factory that runs almost entirely on solar power. It charges with sunlight instead of disposable batteries, and the SOMO module can be swapped.
